We have an opportunity for you to join the team as a Pricing Coordinator! The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the pricing system and communicating pricing to GPC customers and team members. · Status: Full-time
· Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
· Communicate pricing details tailored to GPC customers’ specifications
· Maintain an up-to-date and accurate pricing system across all accounts
· Facilitate the setup of pricing for new products, ensuring seamless integration into existing pricing systems
· Act as a liaison with Accounts Receivable and customers, proactively identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies to maintain positive customer relations
· Assist with implementing annual price adjustments and updating contract files
· Ensure pricing updates, promotional pricing, and customer-specific terms are communicated to all relevant stakeholders
· Reconcile and initiate the payment process for agreed upon activity
· High School Diploma or GED required
· An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
· Minimum of one year’s experience working in financial accounting
· Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced user skills with Microsoft Excel
· $24.04 - $31.25 ($50,000-$65,000 annual)
